Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel at any time.
How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription
Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there at any time. You may also contact our support team at support@officialpurelia.com or call +1 (218) 543-2824 for assistance. Cancellations apply to future shipments only.
Billing Descriptor
Recurring charges appear on your card or bank statement as PURELIA followed by our customer service number, +1 (218) 543-2824. If you don't recognize a charge, please contact us before contacting your bank and we'll resolve it promptly.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
Cancellations
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by emailing support@officialpurelia.com or calling +1 (218) 543-2824. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds on Fulfilled Pre-Orders
If your pre-order has been fulfilled and you'd like a refund, you can request a full or partial refund per our Returns Policy.
