How to make a request
Email our support team from the email address associated with your account and tell us what you'd like to do — for example, delete your account, delete your personal data, or receive a copy of the data we hold about you. To protect your privacy, we may ask a few questions to verify your identity before we act on the request.
What happens next
- We'll confirm we've received your request and process it within 30 days.
- If you ask us to delete your data, we'll remove or anonymize the personal information associated with your account, and we'll cancel any active subscription so no further charges or shipments go out.
- We may need to retain certain records (such as order and transaction history) where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. We keep only what's necessary, and for no longer than required.

You don't need to delete your account to do that — unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any message, or reply STOP to texts.
